The master bedroom has a 5ft double bed, deluxe en-suite bathroom with separate Megaflow power shower , sitting room with tv and digital radio, and direct access through sliding doors to its own patio area and the garden.

Second Bedroom

This room overlooks the garden, has twin beds and an en-suite shower room with Megaflow power shower.

Third Bedroom

This room overlooks the garden, has twin beds and is in close proximity to the family bathroom which has a Megaflow power shower over the bath.

The Annexe

The annexe can be rented at an additional 25% charge. It features a large games room, bedroom and shower room. The games room is perfect for children and families alike. There is a table tennis table which can be rolled away when not in use, a television, sofa bed, square table and 4 chairs, board games and toys. The Megaflow shower unit has its own hot water tank and therefore ideal for taking a shower when returning from the beach There are facilities to enable basic catering such as a fridge, microwave and kettle.

The twin bedroom has built in wardrobes and chest of drawers and overlooks the driveway and a glimpse of the sea beyond.
