RATES & BOOKING TERMS
Our rental rates are for the exclusive use of the cottage on a self- catering basis sleeping up to 6 people in the house and 2 people in the annexe. The weekly rate varies between £960 and £2520 according to season. An additional charge of 25% is made for the use of the annexe.
Short breaks (minimum 5 days) are available in winter months (November to March outside of school holidays). Please get in touch to find out more.
The rate includes linen and bathroom towels, electricity, heating and WIFI.
A booking is confirmed on receipt of a signed booking form and 30% non refundable deposit. Guests are recommended to take out insurance against cancellation.
The 70% balance and a refundable deposit of £100 is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded shortly after the end of the tenancy on return of the keys and a report from the housekeeper confirming that the accommodation was left in good order.
Keys access for the cottage will be advised 3 days in advance of arrival.
Change-over day is normally Saturday. Guests are requested to arrive after 4.00 pm and depart by 11.00 am to allow time for the housekeeper to prepare for the next guests.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
