Stepper Head is ideally situated just a few minutes' walk to the magnificent surfing beach in Polzeath, coastal paths, shops and restaurants, yet enjoying a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Sleeps 6 in the main cottage and a further 2 people in the detatched annexe.

ABOUT STEPPER HEAD

Stepper Head is perfect for families with children of all ages; features being the master bedroom with its own sitting room & en-suite bathroom, self-contained accommodation in the separate annexe, a large attractive garden with far-reaching views over fields and the open countryside and a large driveway with parking for 4 cars.

The garden is perfect for relaxing with garden chairs, sun loungers, a BBQ and patio table and chairs for alfresco dining.

The cottage is filled with personal touches and attention to detail to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay; such as books, digital radio, board games, fun toys for children and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs for all the family. For families with small children a travel cot, high chair and booster seat are supplied. Wetsuits, body boards and a beach kit are available for use during your stay.

Wifi is available throughout and there are smart TV’s in the master bedroom, kitchen and sitting rooms. With oil fired central heating and a log burner you are guaranteed a comfortable and cosy stay throughout the year.

The location is really ideal! You can choose to walk to the beach down a footpath, a car-free road or the main road. From here, you can walk along the coastal footpath to the popular village of Rock and from Rock beach, it's a short 10 minute ferry ride across the estuary to Padstow with its famous harbour, fantastic seafood restaurants, fishing trips out to sea and the cookery school at Rick Steins!

As the cottage is a bungalow, it is perfect for families with small children as well as the elderly.
